We talk to you and your users before writing a single line of code. The problem needs to be clear — otherwise you solve the wrong one. Sometimes the best solution isn't software at all.
First working version in weeks, not months. We iterate with real users instead of programming against a spec for months on end. Better to ship today and improve tomorrow than to be perfect next year.
Clean, tested, documented. So others can work with it later — us, you, or whoever takes over in two years. We build software that doesn't double its technical debt every sprint.
