// SERVICE 02 — APIs & INTEGRATIONS

Systems that talk to each other.

Your ERP doesn't know your webshop. Your accounting gets numbers by copy-paste. We build the interfaces that finally connect your tools.

// THE PROBLEM

Island solutions that don't work together.

Each tool is fine on its own — but they don't talk to each other. Data gets transferred by hand, maintained twice, pushed back and forth via Excel. Every transfer error costs time and nerves.

// OUR SOLUTION

Interfaces that let data flow.

We connect your systems through clean APIs. Data moves automatically where it's needed — in real time, without manual work. Even if one of the systems is a legacy program from 2008.

// WHAT WE BUILD

Concretely, that means:

// TECH STACK

What we build it with.

Proven technologies, no experiments on your project.

DOCUMENTATION

OpenAPI / Swagger

So interfaces are documented and usable for others — not just in our heads.

PROTOCOLS

REST & GraphQL

The established standards for modern APIs. Understandable, widespread, well-supported.

BACKEND

.NET / Node.js

Proven, performant backends for API logic. Scales with the load.

DATABASE

PostgreSQL

Reliable data storage. No license risk, battle-tested for decades.

AUTOMATION

n8n

Self-hosted workflow automation — connects systems without deep custom development where it fits.

DEPLOYMENT

Docker

Interfaces run in isolation and reproducibly. No 'only works on one server'.

RabbitMQMessage Queues
RedisCaching & Rate-Limiting
nginxAPI-Gateway & Reverse Proxy
GitHub ActionsCI/CD
SentryError-Monitoring
Prometheus / GrafanaMonitoring & Metriken

The specific choice depends on the project — we use what fits the task, not what's trending.

// HOW IT WORKS

From idea to finished interface.

No mysterious process. Five clear phases — you always know where your project stands.

01

First call

Which systems need to be connected? We look at the interfaces, data formats and constraints. Non-binding and free.

02

Analysis & concept

We check which APIs exist, where gaps are, and what the data flow should look like. This becomes a transparent proposal.

03

Development & testing

We build the interfaces and test them against real data — in short cycles, with intermediate results to review.

04

Integration & launch

The interfaces go live. We accompany the connection to your production systems and monitor the first data flow.

05

Ongoing support

APIs need maintenance — systems change, formats change too. We stay reachable for adjustments and monitoring.

// PRICING

What does it cost?

Honest answer: it depends on the project. A single interface is different from integrating five systems. Instead of a flat number that won't be accurate anyway, we do it like this:

Start

How defined is your scope?

Clearly defined

Fixed price after scoping

For clearly defined projects we make a fixed-price proposal after the first call. You know exactly what it costs upfront.

One sum. No surprises.
Ongoing / unclear

Day rate for ongoing work

For ongoing development or unclear scope we work on a day-rate basis — billed transparently, fully traceable.

Logged to the hour.
Always

Always: free initial call

The first conversation and a rough estimate cost nothing. Only once it's clear that it's a good fit do we talk numbers.

60 minutes. Call or on-site.

No hidden costs, no surprises on the invoice.

// FAQ

Good to know.

  • Yes. Many older systems have SOAP interfaces, database access, or file exports. Even if no interface exists at all, we usually find a way — building the bridge is exactly our job.

  • Interfaces fail eventually — that's normal. We build retry logic and monitoring so brief outages are caught automatically and you get an immediate alert when there's a real problem.

  • No. The whole point of an integration is that your existing systems can stay. We connect what's there instead of replacing it.

  • Through logging, transaction safety, and tests against real data. Every data flow is traceable — we can always see what was transferred and what wasn't.
